Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the lemon cake mix, cream cheese, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
