- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- In another bowl, combine the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Dip each chicken tender into the lemon mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the lemon mixture for 30 minutes before coating.
