  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix well.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool, then cut into bars.
