Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the halved potatoes for 10 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add broccoli to the skillet during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve salmon with crispy potatoes and broccoli.
