- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 cup turkey broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded turkey and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, turkey broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
