- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups turkey broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add celery, onion, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder and black pepper.
- Add shredded turkey, turkey broth, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice and heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This dish freezes well for up to three months.
