Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add celery, onion, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Add shredded turkey, turkey broth, and cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
