Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced prime rib, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place sandwich rolls on a baking sheet.
- Fill rolls with the prime rib mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Use any leftover prime rib you have.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
