A simple and delicious way to use leftover prime rib.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover prime rib, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add shredded prime rib, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Toast hoagie rolls.
- Fill rolls with the prime rib mixture.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
- Use any leftover prime rib.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add peppers for extra flavor.
