Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add shredded prime rib, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
  5. Toast hoagie rolls.
  6. Fill rolls with the prime rib mixture.
  7. Top with provolone cheese.
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
