Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Stir in uncooked pasta and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
