- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions and drain them.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble, place a noodle in a muffin tin, add a layer of beef, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil noodles for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
- These can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
