Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions and drain them.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. To assemble, place a noodle in a muffin tin, add a layer of beef, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
