Description

A delicious lasagna casserole made with ricotta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a layer of noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add a layer of mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and sauce on top.
  9. Cover with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
