Description
A delicious lamb schnitzel served with lemon butter mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 lamb cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Dip lamb cutlets in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry lamb cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Boil potatoes until soft, then drain.
- Mash potatoes with butter, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Serve lamb schnitzel with lemon butter mashed potatoes.
