Description
Lace cookies with chocolate are thin, crispy cookies made with oats and drizzled with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and mix with brown sugar until smooth.
- Add oats, flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cookies.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use parchment paper on baking sheets for easy removal.
- These cookies can be made with dark or milk chocolate.
