Ingredients
- Rice cake (tteok) – 500g
- Beef – 200g
- Carrots – 1 medium
- Eggs – 2
- Spinach – 100g
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 4 cups
Instructions
- Soak the rice cake in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil the beef and slice it thinly.
- Prepare vegetables: julienne carrots, blanch spinach, and beat the eggs.
- In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
- Add soaked rice cake and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add beef, carrots, and garlic to the pot.
- Season with salt and sesame oil.
- Pour in beaten eggs and stir gently.
- Serve hot, garnished with spinach.
