A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs using Korean gochujang.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, gochujang, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, and salt to the yolks.
  5. Mash and mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
