Description
A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs using Korean gochujang.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, gochujang, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, and salt to the yolks.
- Mash and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.

- Adjust the gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
