Description
Korean-style country ribs are tender, flavorful, and perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds pork country ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the pork ribs to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust marinating time for more or less flavor.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
