Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork country ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add the pork ribs to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove ribs from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
