Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Taco shells
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Kimchi
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Warm taco shells.
  7. Assemble tacos with meatballs, shredded cabbage, and kimchi.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level with more or less kimchi.
  • Serve with sriracha for added heat.
