Delicious Korean BBQ meatball tacos with vibrant flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Taco shells
- Shredded cabbage
- Kimchi
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm taco shells.
- Assemble tacos with meatballs, shredded cabbage, and kimchi.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less kimchi.
- Serve with sriracha for added heat.
