Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the meatballs bake, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Serve meatballs over rice, topped with vegetables and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes.
- Use quinoa instead of rice for a healthier option.
