Description
A delicious and creamy spinach dip made with Knorr seasonings.
Ingredients

- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Knorr vegetable soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the drained spinach and chopped water chestnuts.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add some chopped jalapeños.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less mayonnaise.
- Best served chilled.
