- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Top with kiwi slices and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
- Chill the tart before serving for a better texture.
