Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Kinder Bueno bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  8. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
  9. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before frosting.
