Delicious cupcakes inspired by Kinder Bueno chocolates.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
- Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use chocolate frosting for added flavor.
- Garnish with whole Kinder Bueno bars if desired.
