- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 3 slices of turkey
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of carrot sticks
- 1 apple, sliced
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey and cheese on one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich into quarters.
- Pack carrot sticks and apple slices in a lunchbox.
