Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small clusters.
- Place the clusters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if needed.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
