Instructions

  2. Boil flowers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to get the dandelion tea.
  4. Add lemon juice and pectin to the tea.
  5. Bring to a boil and stir in sugar until dissolved.
  6. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  8. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
