This is a sweet and unique jelly made from dandelion flowers. It is perfect for kids and adds a fun twist to breakfast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers and remove green parts.
- Boil flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to get the dandelion tea.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the tea.
- Bring to a boil and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals for best flavor.
- Ensure jars are sterilized before filling.
- Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
