Description
Delicious key lime truffles made with lime juice and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the key lime juice and zest.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in graham cracker crumbs.
- Refrigerate until firm.

- Keep truffles refrigerated until serving.
