Description

Delicious key lime truffles made with lime juice and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in the key lime juice and zest.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
