- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks.
- Pour the filling into the baked crusts.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
