  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • Zest of 2 key limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest.
  5. Pour the key lime mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
