- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add shredded chicken and green chilies, stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Add white beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
