Ingredients

- 1 lb cauliflower, riced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash until smooth.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Can substitute cheddar with your preferred cheese.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
