Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and return to the pot.
  4. Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mash until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
