Ingredients

- Cauliflower – 1 head, riced
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Green beans – 1 pound
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture under the turkey skin.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the turkey cooks, steam the green beans and toss with olive oil.
- For cauliflower mash, steam riced cauliflower until tender, then blend with heavy cream and cheese.
- Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and green beans.
