  • Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Cauliflower – 1 head, riced
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
  • Green beans – 1 pound
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture under the turkey skin.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. While the turkey cooks, steam the green beans and toss with olive oil.
  7. For cauliflower mash, steam riced cauliflower until tender, then blend with heavy cream and cheese.
  8. Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and green beans.
