  • 2 cups cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for about 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender.
  5. In a saucepan, mix riced cauliflower, heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese. Cook until cauliflower is soft.
  6. Serve the turkey with green beans and cauliflower mash.
