- 4 lbs turkey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for about 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender.
- In a saucepan, mix riced cauliflower, heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese. Cook until cauliflower is soft.
- Serve the turkey with green beans and cauliflower mash.

- Let the turkey rest before carving for better juiciness.
