Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add mushrooms and cauliflower rice; cook until tender.
- Stir in thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth and cook until heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
