Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add chicken broth.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
