  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
