Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened.
- Serve the steak with creamy garlic sauce on top and garnish with parsley.
