Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened.
  8. Serve the steak with creamy garlic sauce on top and garnish with parsley.
