Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Marinate overnight for better flavor.
- Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
