Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
