Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a pan with butter over low heat.
- Pour batter into the pan, using a ring mold for shape.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
