Ingredients
- Ozoni soup: 1 liter dashi broth
- Moji (rice cake): 4 pieces
- Vegetables: 1 cup daikon radish, 1 cup carrot, sliced
- Chicken: 200 grams, diced
- Spinach: 1 cup, blanched
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Miso paste: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare dashi broth in a pot.
- Add diced chicken and cook until done.
- Stir in sliced daikon and carrot, and cook until tender.
- Add moji and simmer until they soften.
- Mix in soy sauce and miso paste.
- Serve hot, garnished with spinach.
