Ingredients

- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in water and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be decorated with icing.
