Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pound the pork chops to an even thickness.
  2. Coat each chop in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Slice the tonkatsu and serve over rice.
  7. Drizzle with tonkatsu sauce before serving.
