			- 2 pork chops
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 egg
 - 1 cup cooked rice
 - 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 
Instructions
- Pound the pork chops to an even thickness.
 - Coat each chop in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
 - Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
 - Slice the tonkatsu and serve over rice.
 - Drizzle with tonkatsu sauce before serving.
