Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and add chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  7. Serve eggs topped with chili butter and garlic yogurt.
