Description
Jammy eggs served with chili butter and garlic yogurt.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Serve eggs topped with chili butter and garlic yogurt.
Notes
- Adjust the chili flakes according to your spice preference.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency.
