Description
This jalapeno strawberry jam combines sweet and spicy flavors for a unique spread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
Instructions
- In a large pot, mix strawberries, sugar, jalapeno, and lemon juice.
- Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Add pectin and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let it cool before storing in the refrigerator.
