- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg.
- Fold the wrapper to create a triangle and seal the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Fry wontons until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot before frying to ensure crispiness.
- Adjust jalapeno quantity based on your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
