A creamy and spicy potato salad infused with jalapeno poppers.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled potatoes, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
