Description

A creamy and spicy pasta salad inspired by jalapeño poppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
