- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup crushed crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.

- Adjust jalapeno quantity based on heat preference.
- Can be made a day in advance.
