Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños, minced

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, minced jalapeños, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve chilled.
