Spicy and creamy jalapeño deviled eggs perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1–2 jalapeños, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, minced jalapeños, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spiciness.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
