Description

A spicy and savory twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich with jalapenos and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapenos on top of the bread.
  5. Add the second slice of cheese and top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
