A spicy and savory twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich with jalapenos and bacon.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons of sliced jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapenos on top of the bread.
- Add the second slice of cheese and top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust jalapeno quantity to your spice preference.
- Serve with a side of pickles or chips.
