Ingredients

- 1 loaf of Italian bread, cubed
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 cup of onion, chopped
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add celery, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- This stuffing can be made a day in advance.
