Description

Italian pinwheels are a delicious appetizer made with tortillas, cream cheese, and Italian meats and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer pesto sauce on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Add salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, spinach, and roasted red peppers.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces before serving.
