Description
Italian pinwheels are a delicious appetizer made with tortillas, cream cheese, and Italian meats and vegetables.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup sliced salami
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer pesto sauce on top of the cream cheese.
- Add salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, spinach, and roasted red peppers.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include olives or artichokes.
- These can be made a day ahead of time.
