- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, green beans, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Choose bone-in chicken thighs for more flavor.
